Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving for customer satisfaction
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
  • Utilize bilingual skills (English/Spanish) to assist customers who require language support
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:


  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus

Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,702.99 per year
