Job Summary:

A rare client-side opportunity has come up to join a leading commercial property investor/property company as a Commercial Property Manager.

The business have successfully invested in a large portfolio of mixed commercial property across the UK.

They are now looking for a Property Manager to join their dynamic team and you will play an important role in their integrated team of Property, Asset and Investment Managers, working collaboratively to add value to the portfolio.

This role is broad however key responsibilities include overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants, liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and consultants.

The role will involve regular travel around the UK as it will be necessary to visit the assets that are being managed by the firm.

MRICS is preferred but not essential.
