One of the UK's most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations is looking for a
receptionist to join our passionate team based at William Booth College in Denmark Hill, which is directly opposite Denmark Hill Station which boasts good transport links.


William Booth College is at the forefront of delivering education, conference and training programmes for The Salvation Army's Employees, Officers, Envoys and Cadets from the United Kingdom and further afield, as well being a venue for internal and external meetings and events.

We have over 130 accommodation units (residential and overnight) plus 14 well equipped Meeting spaces with the largest accommodation up to 450 guests.


What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic full-time receptionist who has worked in a customer service environment before. This position will involve shift patterns (between 7:30am to 9:30pm) including weekends (5 days out of 7)


Key Responsibilities;


Duties include providing excellent customer service to residential and day delegate visitors and staff, in line with Salvation Army values: participating in the customer journey from initial contact to check out, dealing with internal and external queries in a courteous and professional manner.
