The Extracare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a
Housing Officer on a permanent contract to join our housing team. You can be based at a Retirement Village either at Solihull, Coventry, High Wycombe, or Bedford, with some flexibility for home working. You will be expected to work across a defined patch of locations including all areas listed.

Salary: £32,160 per annum, plus £3,500 car allowance
**As our Housing Officer, you will be expected to carry out the following key tasks: - **- Assess all new residents that move into the village

Reporting to the Housing & Resident Engagement Manager, you will be primarily responsible for lettings, antisocial behaviour, tenancy & lease issues within our Retirement Villages.
You will also have an important role to play in assisting to reduce rent arrears.
You will support the local housing teams in locations to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
You will also help support resident engagement in our services.
