We are a digital marketing agency offering a wide range of services including social media, influencer marketing and content creation.

We have an in-house team that create digital marketing strategies as well the day to day social media execution.

Alongside our social media team we have a heavy focus on content creation with video content for Instagram and TikTok being at the forefront of what we do.

Lastly we also plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns which range from always on to ad hoc projects.

Our clients range from SMEs right the way through to internationally recognised, global brands.


We are looking for a Head of Content to join us to help manage a small team in delivering content creation for a range of clients.

The content ranges from social media photography and videography across Instagram & TikTok, to larger shoots for client promotional campaigns.

As Head of Content you'll be responsible for planning all of the above as well as being on shoots to oversee quality control.

Attention to detail and being organised is key.

You'll be working under pressure and to tight deadlines but also within a super exciting and fun environment working with great brands producing amazing content.

The nature of the industry means you'll also need a creative hat.

You must be flexible, have a desire to continually learn and be prepared to get their hands dirty being involved in multiple aspects of the business.


The Role:


As Head of Content you'll be responsible for managing and developing a small team of creative individuals who produce content for clients across Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.


Alongside the team, you'll be responsible for managing and building client relationships as well as supporting the team with managing workloads, developing shot lists, developing mood boards, overseeing budgets as well as having creative input on campaign concepts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working alongside a small creative team
  • Planning social media content shoots (TikTok & Instagram)
  • Planning campaign shoots as well as logistics for a entire team
  • Booking locations, models and sourcing props
  • Signing off content for client approval
  • Creating mood boards and shot lists
  • Scheduling weekly team 121s
  • Supporting key client calls
  • Overseeing out team workloads and content calendars
  • Leading team workshops and brainstorms
  • Managing shoot budgets and forecasting
  • Working to deadlines within a fast paced environment
  • Upselling services and addons to your clients
  • Consistently developing your knowledge of the everchanging digital marketing sector

Knowledge & Experience:


  • Ideally we'd like a minimum of 2 years digital marketing experience working within content creation
  • Experience in planning campaign shoots
  • Some experience leading small teams
  • Demonstration of a positive and proactive approach to work
  • Advanced knowledge of the social media industry and trends
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
