We are currently seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join our growing team.

The Role
***As a Sales Co-ordinator you will:
  • Support the Commercial & Brand Teams to analyse business data and information.
  • Identify new leads, screen potential business opportunities, and select deals in line with the wider commercial strategy.
  • Develop internal business cases for suitability of identified leads.
  • Administer and update Commercial software platforms and tools (e.g., business intelligence tools and CRM software) to maximise benefit for the Commercial Team.
  • Support in the development of draft proposals and presentations to support the work of our Commercial Team.
  • Support our Brand team, where required, on marketing activities.
  • Provide, as required, administrative assistance to the wider Commercial team.
  • Report on commercial metrics against set targets.
  • Make recommendations on how we can continually improve our processes and systems.
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.

Requirements:

**Experience & Qualifications required

  • Successful track record in B2B sales support and administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working experience with identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Proficiency with data research and analysis.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment, which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from fellow team members and customers.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to deliver presentations.
  • High level of ownership of delegated Commercial processes.
  • Knowledge in the Sustainability/ESG/Net Zero/Energy sectors.
