We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Parts Trade Sales Representative to manage and grow our client base in the King's Lynn area.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strategic sales mindset and a dynamic approach to business development, offering substantial earning potential.
The Role:
As a Parts Trade Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market share within the King's Lynn area.
This position requires a high level of autonomy and responsibility, operating within a team of three local reps who support each other to maximise sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships by providing superior customer service and support.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Support customer issues, sales transactions, and logistics to improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other reps to optimise coverage and sales techniques, sharing insights and strategies regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a field representative or similar sales role.
- Strong ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Full driving license required.
