Responsibilities
- Supporting customers with enquiries relating to billing and payments
- Produce reports for the Sales team and customers
- Work between departments to provide solutions to any customer problems/issues
Requirements:
- Experience within an office/corporate environment
- Great communication skills
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
