My client is currently recruiting for an Employment Adviser to work in their Barrow office.

This is a full time and permanent role to work 37 hours per week. (Part time hours will also be considered)

The salary is up to £28,000 depending on experience/qualifications.

Our client has a vacancy for an individual with a background in Careers Information, Advice & Guidance.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Delivering careers information

Helping to guide customers on a 1:1 basis and in group sessions.

Completing relevant documents, under time constraints

IT Literate

The ability to identify, establish and maintain effective working partnerships.

The ability to keep accurate and up to date records with a good attention to detail.

Have experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally adults who are long term unemployed.

Have an ability to motivate.

Have experience working in careers guidance.

Good interactive skills

Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Be Proactive

Can work to targets.
