Crystal Hall Care Home is a long established 64 bed private nursing & residential care facility for adults with mental health and / or neurological disorders who are committed to the highest standards of care being delivered

We are seeking to recruit a caring, highly motivated and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team and the role would require staff to undertake responsibilities and duties to include:

  • Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting / assisting residents with person centred care in all aspects of their daily living
  • Create an atmosphere which will help stimulate our residents to lead as full a life as possible whilst promoting residents independence, dignity and choice at all times
  • Work in line with Company policies and procedures
  • Assist in maintaining care records that reflect current needs and preferences for each resident
  • Ensure full and effective documentation and communication with all stakeholders

Applicant Requirements

  • NVQ / QCF Level 2 or working towards / Care Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team
