Their core focus lies in delivering top-tier interim legal, company secretarial, HR, and compliance professionals to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and utilise the Global Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn ATS) for generating opportunities and sharing client information.
  • Negotiate rates/fees and working patterns with consultants and clients to confirm placements.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment/Ops Consultants and the Client Delivery team, providing regular updates on client and consultant opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developing a professional network to match consultants with client opportunities effectively.
  • Manage documentation for placements, working on client on boarding and consultant agreements.
  • Foster relationships with senior stakeholders across the company and its partner organisations, ensuring client needs are communicated effectively.
  • Support social media activity on various platforms and assist in administrative tasks for the team.

Skills and Experience:


  • Strong negotiation skills with commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and excellent IT skills.
  • Proactive with exceptional time management abilities.
