Based in Blackburn and established for over 20 years, ACS Specialist Cleaning Ltd provide hygiene services nationally. Working predominantly in the food and industrial sectors, we deliver a variety of high-quality industrial cleaning & maintenance services.We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated individual to join our team as Operations Support.
The role involves, but is not limited to;
- General Administration
- Human Resource Support
- Monitoring & maintaining company records
- PPE & stock control
- Accommodation booking
- Environmental / waste management support
- Daily coordination with the Operations Director
- Strong Microsoft Office skills inc. Word & Excel.
- The ability to multi task and prioritise deadlines.
- Able to solve problems and challenges both individually and within a team.
- Capable of build strong relationships with colleagues with a polite and professional approach.
- Experience in a busy office environment is preferred
- Qualifications and knowledge in the following areas are advantageous but not essential; Health and Safety, COSHH, Environmental
Hours of Work:
40hrs / Wk, Mon - Fri,
28 Days Annual Leave inclusive of Bank holidays
Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
dependent upon experience
