Due to business growth, they are seeking Accounts Administrator to join their team.Hours of work - Mon-Fri, pm.
Salary would be dependant on experience, however they are willing to negotiate for the right person.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking services on our inhouse computer software
- Producing specifications from Excel
- Liaising with customers
- Inputting invoices to Sage
- Thorough checking of company costings
- Taking payments
- Sorting paperwork
- Scanning all documents to customer accounts
- Processing accepted work and liaising with new clients
