Due to business growth, they are seeking Accounts Administrator to join their team.
Hours of work - Mon-Fri, pm.
Salary would be dependant on experience, however they are willing to negotiate for the right person.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Booking services on our inhouse computer software
  • Producing specifications from Excel
  • Liaising with customers
  • Inputting invoices to Sage
  • Thorough checking of company costings
  • Taking payments
  • Sorting paperwork
  • Scanning all documents to customer accounts
  • Processing accepted work and liaising with new clients
