Coveris Gainsborough is part of the Flexibles Division of Coveris Group and is one of the largest producers of printed film packaging, a high proportion of which is ecologically recyclable.

You will be joining a busy office in a friendly and fast paced team.

The key day-to-day responsibilities are to carry out administrative tasks to assist the launch department.

Your principal tasks and accountabilities are:

Maintain and update origination quotes within the pelican tracker to ensure charges are correct as well as including any exemptions pre-agreed.
To check and cross reference invoices issued via 3rd party to ensure charges are accurate and align with the pelican tracker.
To highlight charges put to Coveris that do not align, as well as charges paid but not yet charged to the customer.
Manage and control studio charges.
Checking artwork briefs are eligible and can be understood at a studio level, to ensure a right first time approach.
Resolve and analyse studio Queries as well as to look at quick/Swift resolutions to prevent delays in customer launches.
Cross reference the Weekly Consolidated invoice report issued by external provided to ensure that invoices are raised correctly and within the agreed SLA.
To provide holiday cover across the launch department when necessary
General day to day assisting the department and Print Tech /CSE/ Sales Managers, working with Rivendell.
Reporting/Analysis on data collated throughout each month.
Action, daily / weekly/ monthly tasks as requested.
Work within the departments agreed times scales.
The above is not an exhausted list and any additional duties deemed necessary to carry out your role and smooth running of the department will be required.

You will be working with a high degree of accuracy and with high levels of attention to detail. You need to be commercially aware and utilise your product, technical and industry knowledge to best effect. We need you to be an able communicator - both written and verbal.

You will be in a position to not only work under pressure and to tight deadlines, but also build and maintain strong customer relationships with your persuasive nature.
