£69.3k - £86.6k DOE and location + fantastic benefits +bonus

Role Overview:
In this role you will lead a team of change specialists and partner key senior business stakeholders to define, plan, and execute the Change and Transformation agendas.
What you'll do:
- Overall leadership of the planning, shaping and management of Business Change portfolios and programmes to maximise business benefits
- Lead programme teams including the identification and management of the necessary resources negotiating
- Ensure high quality partnering, and challenging relationships with Executive and other senior leaders and provision of the levers for the effective and efficient delivery of the daily operating business to achieve financial, operational, and commercial goals
- Ensure that all programmes and associated projects are managed in accordance with agreed standards, methods, and procedures (e.g., Bupa's Change Policy, UK Change Methodology, Agile, SDLC, and Investment Boards).
- Lead the function in a way that displays the highest level of integrity, honesty and good governance and commitment to the delivery of fair customer outcomes
- Manage staff performance, communicate objectives, and monitor standards
What you'll bring:
- Strong, credible Change Leader with extensive experience of leading programme teams to deliver complex change programmes to drive significant business benefits
- Highly results oriented and focussed on adding value to Bupa. Strong commercial acumen and broad business awareness
- Be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills across a wide range of different senior stakeholders, including Board level reporting
- Have a tenacious approach to problem solving, constantly striving for effective solutions with the customer at the heart of everything
- Must be highly proficient in risk, resource, and cost management
- Extensive experience of multiple business and IT project delivery methodologies (e.g., MSP, Prince2, Agile, SDLC).
- Resilient with a clear approach to decision making
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
