Job Title - Case Management Worker
Location - Cardiff
Hours of work - 29 to 36.25 per week
Salary - £25,000 - £26, 700 pro rata

Job outline:

To reduce social harms and re-offending whilst empowering women to access opportunities to reach their full potential through the delivery of a gender-responsive, trauma informed service that provides practical and emotional support and interventions to addressindividual needs, which may include housing, substance misuse, health, finance, previous trauma, children & families and education, training, and employment.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the team that offers a full, timely, comprehensive serviceto women in HMP.
Ensure a quality service is provided, incorporating case management, line management and multi-agency report preparations.

Essential skills:

Relevant experience of working with women (paid or voluntary)
Experience of assessment and planning programmes of care
Experience of supporting people in crisis
Experience of liaising and working collaboratively with other agencies
Knowledge of range of interventions specific to women
Ability to work with service users and colleagues in a nonjudgemental manner
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
IT skills
Commitment to equal opportunities and diversity
Willingness to work flexibly
