PCAS Kent provides support for people with autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health issues, and physical disabilities in their own homes, supporting them to live fulfilled lives.

Every day is different when you work for PCASYou could be helping someone to cook a meal, going shopping, having a day out at a Theme Park or even going on holiday.

As a Team Leader, you will work closely with the Service Manager providing the first point of contact for Support Workers.

This can be a very rewarding role as you have the potential to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support and the staff you oversee.

Shifts are varied dependant on what is required in each area. Night shifts are available but are not compulsory.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, with the opportunity to work towards a Level 5.

2 years' experience in a social care environment.

An Enhanced DBS, which PCAS will arrange and fund.

From £12.10 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
