Duties/Responsibilities:
We are recruiting for an experienced Talent Administrator to work within our corporate offices in Eastleigh on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Job Purpose:
***To support the company recruitment function by providing an accurate administrative service to the recruitment team
Principal Accountabilities:
- Set up efficient administrative systems, with the help of the Head of Talent, to coordinate and record all recruitment activity
- Collate schedule of Terms and Conditions per contract and business unit
- Prepare internal recruitment adverts and post on internal intranet
- Preparation of new CVs for distribution
- Record and send out all results letters from CV sift and interview stage for both internal and external recruitment
- Collate interview files, ensuring all interview notes are completed in accordance to the EMCOR UK Recruitment Policy
- Prepare offer letters and contracts from main templates, ensuring accurate detail and correct benefits are recorded
- Data input new starter information into the HR database
- Collate all details required for a new starter and send completed file to the HR Shared Service. This may entail chasing monitoring and chasing documents
- Ensure Induction packs are sent to line managers prior to a new employee joining
- Send 3 month questionnaire to new employees and record all responses
- Assist the Recruitment & Training Manager with the administrative requirements for the Management Skills Training programme, including room bookings for training events, sending training request invites, booking lunches, recording all responses to training requests, requesting Purchase Orders and logging attendance onto training spreadsheet
- Build relationships with internal clients and external suppliers to facilitate information flow
Person Specification:
- Extensive experience of supporting and coordinating HR and Recruitment administration highly desirable
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Demonstrable logical and professional approach to good organisational skills
- High degree of proficiency with Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skills
