NXTGEN are delighted to be working with an exciting tech company based in Ipswich, who are looking to bring in a Financial Accountant to join their UK team.

This role has been created off the back of growth throughout the group, with an increase in activityand exciting ongoing projects, there is scope for expanding the team.

As Financial Accountant, you will report directly to the Group Financial Accountant in a hands-on position, with the opportunity to impact business process and enhance existing ways of working.

Our Client understand the importance of a good work life balance and will allow for hybrid working, with a requirement in the office only 2 days a week.

See below a summary of the main responsibilities for the role:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of interim and annual statutory reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Analysis of budget and forecast performance
  • Support the Group Financial Accountant with the design and implementation of new systems
  • Support with UK tax and VAT reporting including liaising with external advisors
  • Any other relatable tasks asked of you by the Group Financial Accountant as and when required
