The role is a full time, permanent position based in Fakenham working Mon to Fri days only (8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm - there is a degree of flexibility).

As Production Leader, you will ultimately report into the Operations and take responsibility for managing the team of c45 in respect of ensuring that the site runs as efficiently as possible and that areas for continuous improvement are investigated, actioned and form part of a daily mindset among your team.

In addition, and in conjunction with the Operations Manager, you will be involved in planning, support the achievement and communication of departmental KPI's, and ensure procedures are followed.

An engaging and collaborative approach to man-management will continue to ensure a teamwork mentality in which people feel valued and that they really are part of the overall success of the business.

Key areas of responsibility also include compliance and HR, and H&S matters.
