Purpose of the Role


Reporting into the TA Operations Manager, the TA Operations Lead will be responsible for creating premium recruitment experiences across all levels and areas of our Early Careers recruitment.

What you will be doing


Working closely with the RSM Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving projects that improve the efficiency, experience, and outcomes of our student and school leaver recruitment processes.


  • Play a key role in scoping, delivering, and reporting on change projects (including both technology and process enhancements)
  • Partner with the Early Careers leadership team to identify needs and build a change roadmap
  • Take a lead role in identifying potential new technologies that will enhance our recruitment experience
  • Play a key role in full scale technology implementations including scoping, tender, build, testing and post golive remediations
  • Design and run internal training sessions aimed at promoting best practice and improving adoption
Create training documentation and best practice user guides

  • Lead on mapping existing operational processes, and designing future processes, both in function and crossfunctionally
  • Assist in refining our existing technology (Cornerstone, Phenom people, Cappfinity) by partnering closely with our internal HR Technology team
  • Help to identify both busy periods in the business and key deadlines that must be met i.e. graduate intakes
  • Contribute to driving a culture of continuous improvement and building robust project methodology
  • Develop and manage project plans, in collaboration with the wider TA Ops team, including scoping overall timings and helping to ensure there are mínimal bottlenecks and delays

About you

  • You will have had previous experience working in an internal TA team, ideally within early careers
  • You will have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy solving problems
  • A structured and processoriented individual with good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to foster good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and able to use your influencing skills to help drive desired outcomes
  • An active team member who is happy to share ideas with the team to improve culture and ways of working
  • Experience of using MS Visio is highly beneficial
  • Previous experience of using Phenom People, Cornerstone ATS or Cappfinity assessment would be desirable
  • Although we all have difficult days you will generally be proactive, selfmotivated and take pride in your work
