Description

The Health and Wellbeing Training Programme Director in Public Health will support the Head of School to maintain and promote wellbeing amongst registrars and Educational Supervisors.

The post holder will lead on the development of a strategy to support registrars to maintain their wellbeing.


The post holder will lead on the development of a strategy that supports registrars to get the most from their training and acknowledges that they will have differing training needs.

The post holder will be a member of the School Board.

To lead the development of a a strategy to support registrars to maintain their wellbeing.

To lead the development of a a strategy to support registrars with differing training needs including neurodiversity

To increase Educational Supervisors understanding of how to support registrars with differing training needs including neurodiversity

To create and promote shared learning opportunities to increase effective inter-professional working across the School.

To facilitate new ways of networking amongst registrars and Educational Supervisors now that hybrid working is normal practice.
