Job Title:
Learning Support Assistant

Location:
Secondary School based in Surrey

Contract Type:
Full-Time

Salary:
£87 - £100 Per day

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with teachers and other professionals to support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
  • Develop and implement learning plans for individual students
  • Provide classroom support to students with SEND
  • Provide onetoone support to students with SEND
  • Assist with personal care and physical needs of students with SEND
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive learning environment

Key Requirements:


  • Experience working with students with SEND, particularly in a secondary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Flexibility and adaptability
