Job Title:
Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German and English.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database
You must be committed to delivering exceptional customer service to both EU and UK customers. You must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken language.

31.25 hours per week position in Coventry, with some flexible working.


Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms confident on computer systems and quick to learn new systems.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • You must be willing to attend training courses.
  • Experience in a technical field beneficial

£20,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
