Job Title:
Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database
31.25 hours per week position in Coventry, with some flexible working.
Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms confident on computer systems and quick to learn new systems.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- You must be willing to attend training courses.
- Experience in a technical field beneficial

£20,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
