Project Administrator Main Duties:
- Process Customer enquiries, organise surveys with subcontractors / manufacturers, progress all aspects of the process through to receiving quotes and inputting ready for tender return
- Issuing purchase orders using Quickbooks Online and outline cost control system
- Manage plant hire and skip hire, and similar
- Build data base of suppliers and subcontractors
- Produce RAMS
- Produce O & M manual (system)
- Website input of completed jobs
- H & S inspections
- Snagging management
- Site Visits in certain capacities
Project Administrator Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Industry knowledge (preferably)
- Proactive & Resourceful
- Ability to take ownership and accountability.
- Problem solver
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident and competent in using computers with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Projects and Powerpoint
- Customer focused
- IOSH Managing Safely certificate (preferably)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£30,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
