Project Administrator Main Duties:


  • Process Customer enquiries, organise surveys with subcontractors / manufacturers, progress all aspects of the process through to receiving quotes and inputting ready for tender return
  • Issuing purchase orders using Quickbooks Online and outline cost control system
  • Manage plant hire and skip hire, and similar
  • Build data base of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Produce RAMS
  • Produce O & M manual (system)
  • Website input of completed jobs
  • H & S inspections
  • Snagging management
  • Site Visits in certain capacities

Project Administrator Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Industry knowledge (preferably)
  • Proactive & Resourceful
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability.
  • Problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and competent in using computers with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Projects and Powerpoint
  • Customer focused
  • IOSH Managing Safely certificate (preferably)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
