Description
Are you an experienced
HR Manager passionate about client experience and constantly looking to improve systems and processes?
If so, this
hybrid role (2 days per week in the office), based from the
Nottinghamoffice could be for you.

The role will see you involved in a number of business projects including re-writing policies; being involved in a new HR Systems implementation; coaching and overseeing a small team where you will help with the more complex queries and helping operationalmanagers.

The business is great, professional and friendly and you will report directly into the Director of HR.

The role is very operationally and project orientated, so there is no Employment Relations for you to have to be involved in.

The role is to start at the end of January and will be a minimum of 12 months.
