Senior CRM Executive Duties:
Take a leading role in developing multichannel marketing campaigns, focussing on customer acquisition and conversion in all stages of the of the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the content team to create highly engaging content that's relevant to both the customer and the wider real estate market.
Use the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to create targeted audience segments, advanced automated campaign flows, and constantly look to evolve the platform's functionality.
Work with the IT team to ensure that the CDP contains all data fields needed to execute the required campaigns, and that all data remains accurate.
Perform regular postcampaign analysis and present performance back to internal stakeholders.
Support and develop the CRM Executive to deliver effective campaigns.
Staying up to date with advances in CRM technology and trends, and competitor activity.
Senior CRM Executive Profile:
2+ years in a CRM/Marketing Automation Role
Knowledge of SQL/Relational Databases
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Analytical thinker with a commercial mindset
High attention to detail
Experience of BlueVenn Engage Customer Data Platform or similar desirable
Strong copywriting skills desirable
Experience in people management desirable
