Supply Teacher in Trafford Requirements:

Recent teaching experience: for Early Career Teachers, placements will be accepted.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students and staff alike.
Be able to manage classroom behaviour effectively, following individual school policies.
Ability to engage and motivate young people.
Be selfmotivated, organised, punctual, and professional.
