    About the Role

    We are seeking talented graduates with a passion for the built environment to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on sustainability, technical excellence and shaping construction in the UK and overseas.

    • Contribute to project work from concept and scheme design to detailed design, specification and drawing.
    • Prepare reports and provide advice and guidance to clients and project teams.
    • Liaise with internal and external team members, developing relationships and people skills.
    • Manage your own workload to meet project deadlines.
    • Engage with the wider C&S division and support ongoing initiatives.
    • Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes and distribute actions.
    • Attend project team meetings and contribute to discussions.
    • Visit sites to undertake inspections and walkovers.
    • Develop commercial awareness by assisting with proposals and tenders for new work.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Familiarity with sustainable urban drainage, biodiversity net gain, flood risk and nutrient neutrality is desirable, or an interest in these fields.
    • Digital engineering skills, including coding experience related to design automation or other digitisation improvements.
    • Fluency in additional languages, as well as English.
    • Relevant industry experience, either undergraduate or postgraduate.
    • Experience with relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, WinDES, PDS, Civil 3D and Infodrainage.
    • A full UK driving licence.
    • Membership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and/or the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE).
