During your career as a care & support worker, you will be a big part of an individuals life by helping them maintain their independence and keep them safe in their own homes.

• Have to be willing to learn as Here4Care Ltd provides a variety of training courses
• Staff must be able to have a sense of humour and be able to adapt to each individuals personalities
• Staff much be reliable, friendly and caring
• They must be able to communicate well with service users, families and other professionals to ensure the best possible care is given to our service users
• Staff must be attentive to changes in needs or health and see that all information is passed on to relevant staff members
• Staff must provide dignity and respect to service users

£11.50-£15.00 per hour
