Are you an experienced Project Manager? If so, here is an exciting opportunity to join one of London's largest public sector organisations.


Role overview:


In this role as Project Manager, you will be working in the Customer insight, strategy and experience team to lead and provide successful management of high-profile projects to time, budget and quality standards.

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale projects with significant complexity, involving sophisticated stakeholder management of internal networks and external partners, in a sensitive political environment.

You will be managing budgetsof £5m + and identifying and escalating the cost risks.

Alongside this you will need to manage an effective governance programme, including a senior stakeholder steering group, informing of progress, and influencing and driving senior level decision making in a timely manner to keep projects on track.

In terms of the contract itself


Key Information:


  • Location: Hybrid working
  • Southwark (min 2 days per week)
  • Daily rate: £388.10 PAYE
Contract Duration: 12-18 months


  • Start Date: January

Experience:


  • Proven record of taking personal responsibility and accountability for delivering largescale (£5+m value) projects and programmes in a large, complex organisation
  • Experience of personal responsibility and accountability for initiating and managing change through to successful conclusions in a large, complex, customerfocused organisation
  • Experience of delivery and stakeholder management at a senior level
