We are looking for Linux Project Support to assist us on a project to expand and improve our current network.
The role will be for a period of at least 3 months, and the focus will be on deploying new software to cinema sites across the Nordic territories and South Africa.
You will report to the Director of Content Delivery Technology and Infrastructure and work closely with the entire IT team to support a large estate of Linux servers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support in delivering a large scale project at pace
- Provision and install custom software
- Proactively monitor network and system performance, respond to, and manage, networkreported and customerreported incidents
- Work closely with the Development and Support teams to support company infrastructure
- Take ownership to ensure resolutions are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Use system configuration management tools to automate and standardise system changes and configuration

Essential Skills
- Linux Server Administration

- VPN, subnetting, routing etc
Desirable Skills
- Scripting
- Python, Bash
- Good understanding of Orchestration and Automation
- Ansible
- Systems Monitoring
- SNMP/GMS
- Version Control
- GitHub, Bitbucket
- LPIC1 or equivalent certification
