Administration Coordinator
New Look Oxon is a small but growing Construction and Facilities Management company that undertakes a variety of maintenance and project works across a diverse portfolio including the Ministry of Defence,
We are currently based at RAF Brize Norton and Shrivenham but cover multiple locations across the South East and South West.
We are currently looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our team. You will be working directly with the Operations Manager,
This role has administrative duties, You will be primarily based at Shrivenham but may be expected to travel to support and work on projects at other locations.
This role would be suitable for someone with excellent administration skills with a proven track record of implementing and sustaining procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone that is interested in working on a broad variety of tasks within the construction/building industry on military bases and has an interest or experience in project support or management.

Experience in an administration role:
Experience with flow charts, technical documentation, and schedule management:
Solid organisation and time management skills:

Some of the duties but not limited to -

Act as a point of contact for staff, clients, and any other key stakeholders:
Support in the resource allocation for day-to-day operations and planning:
Manage the CRM system (Salesforce) and capture all information:
Implement, manage and control policies:
Prepare and provide documentation for internal teams and key stakeholders with support from the Operations Manager:
Coordinate Quality Control inspections and recording:
Create and issue quotations to clients:

Monitor expenses and forecasting:

Payroll runs:

Xero
Desirable criteria but not essential -

Experience in the construction/building industry:
Experience with salesforce system
