MTrec Recruitmentare pleased to be working with a Newton Aycliffe manufacturer who are moving into a very busy and exciting growth period.

They are looking 2 experienced panel wirers to join their ever-growing team.


The Role

  • Motor Control Panel & machine wiring
  • Control Panel and Cabinet Assembly
  • Understanding of Electrical Design drawings
  • Plc wiring
  • Wiring, soldering, cable crimping, stripping and assembly
  • Creating wiring loom
  • Understand sensors and wiring
  • Manufacture of cable assemblies
  • Drilling and tapping holes for assembly
  • Able to use hand tools efficiently and adhere to health and safety protocols

The Person

  • Apprentice trained or equivalent qualification required
  • Must have relevant experience in the industry
- experienced electrical control panel wirers and automated machinery electrician.
- experience with automated machine building & wiring industry and can work from and interpret wiring schematics and panel layout drawings.

  • Interpreting of wiring schematics for machine wiring, safety circuits and sensors.
- control systems the wiring and cabling of motors and sensors and safety circuits.

  • Electrical knowledge and experience are essential, and all panels/ machines must be completed to a high spec clean and tidy.
- attention to detail who can work to a schedule would be ideal


Shifts

  • Working on a permanent dayshift 08.00am till 16.45pm, with potential and opportunity for overtime

Pay

  • Starting hourly rate of £13.00, overtime rates also available
