At Practice Plus Group, we strive to practice exceptional healthcare every day and we continually look for ways to improve things for our patients.

If this sounds like an organisation you would like to work for then we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for an experienced theatre practitioner to join our team.

We can offer you excellent work-life balance, plenty of training and development opportunities and clear career paths, supported by robust governance structures and well regarded clinical leadership teams.

What you'll be doing:

As a key member of the team, led by our welcoming and professional Theatre Manager, you will be able to demonstrate an advanced level of clinical skill and will be expected to use your advanced practitioner skills to work alongside the Consultant Surgeons when required.

You will provide safe and effective clinical care, working closely with all disciplines, to ensure the promotion of high standards for patients during all aspects of the preoperative, peri-operative and postoperative pathway.

Shifts are Monday to Saturday.

When you're part of the Practice Plus Group team, you don't just have a job. You have a career.

We work with you to help you grow in your role and take your career in the direction you want to go.

If you want to move up the ladder, we'll support you. If you just want to stay in your role, that's fine too. We'll help you be the best you can be.

We want our team members to feel motivated and rewarded. So we offer a competitive package of pay and benefits.

We also recognise the value of a healthy work-life balance - so we always try to be flexible, helping you fit your working life around your home life.

What we'll look for in you:

You will be a part 1 registered NMC Nurse with experience of being an advanced scrub practitioner in a theatre.

As well as being up to date with current research, key issues and developments in theatre practise you will have a sound knowledge of Health and Safety/Risk management within the operating department.
