We have an exciting opportunity for a Yardman/General Operative to work within our increasingly busy team, serving multiple buildings and operations.

The Yardman/General Operative will be responsible for the day-to-day organization of the plant equipment from offloading and loading equipment using forklifts to do so, delivering parts to sites as and when needs be whist upholding the cleanliness and health and safety on site at all times.

Supporting all production and stores teams.


Key Responsibilities:

• Organise all steel stock
• Section finished products for job specific requirement
• Loading /unloading
• FLT Operation and fork lift logs
• Manual handling
• Tidying up the yard
• Taking deliveries
• Assisting production and stores teams
• Keep the working yard free of hazards as per the company's health and safety policy

Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 years' experience within a similar position

Hours:
