We are working with an amazing client in the retail industry whom are actively recruiting for an Ecommerce Executive and an Ecommerce Customer Service Executive.

The most important experience requirement for both roles is previous exposure and a good working knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central platform.


What you'll be doing as an Ecommerce Customer Service Exec:

  • Using your fabulous negotiation skills to resolve customer issues through Amazon Seller Central
  • Appealing Amazon decisions and using your knowledge of the platform to secure the best possible outcome for the customer and the company
  • Protecting the company's Amazon Seller account status and health
  • Making customers happy

What have you been doing?

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be great

  • You'll be super personable, an excellent communicator and just generally amazing

The important bits
Based in Leeds, hybrid is fine, but they'd like you to be in the office as much as possible, to build a great and productive working relationship and to support you in your role

Salary is £24-26,000 depending on experience for both roles, plus a healthy yearly bonus and benefits.
