OVERVIEW:

  • A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial and Regulatory Lawyer to join a reputable Compliance Team as in house legal counsel.
  • You will be used to working as part of a team as well as leading and managing projects autonomously.
  • Applications are sought from Lawyers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE with a sound, wellrounded knowledge of commercial law and regulatory law.
  • You will be responsible for providing legal counsel to the firm's Compliance Team on legal and regulatory matters related to the firm, including in relation to SRA and data protection matters.
  • This role presents an exciting opportunity either for an existing in house lawyer, or someone looking to make their first move in house.
