We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing team in Nuneaton.

Permanent (Full-Time) opportunity
Monday to Friday
, 42.5 hours - 7:30am to 5:00pm.

Hourly Rate:
£11.00 an hour

As a Team Leader, you will be helping manage day-to-day activities including cleaning reusable packaging, refilling stock, and picking and packing stock materials ready for dispatch.

You will be the first point of call and therefore need to be able to delegate tasks and balance workload.

It is important to keep communication high within your team and other team leaders to help enable the site supervisor to plan production accurately.

As a team leader, we would expect you to have a positive attitude and empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and their communication skills.

You will also be covering for other team leaders when needed and supporting with ad-hoc.
