Description

You get excited about faster shutter speeds, shooting in RAW and messing around in Premiere/DaVinci. You grew up watching Linus, MKBHD and fell in love with creating content for serious techies.

You can make a story out of any footage and are obsessed with building an 'underground dev/hacker' culture/brand through awesome content.

The idea of editing and pushing content to YouTube, TikTok and Twitter everyday massively excites you and you want to build a community of hardcore engineers and hackers around the world.

Carter itself was forged in the depths of the TikTok algorithm.

You will be part of our early content team that captures and edits high-volume content including podcasts, engineering challenges and shorts that excites our audience to the core.

You will swap between both filming and editing and will build out the full content funnel with us, from the ground up.

Your core tasks will be:

Editing our weekly dev challenge videos for YouTube, as well as extracting shorts for other platforms
Editing our podcast (GEEPEETEA Podcast) as well as shorts
Creating thumbnails, descriptions and imagery around different content pieces
Being behind the camera capturing awesome userbuilt projects that we want to showcase
Coming up with content ideas and creating them along with us
