My client's business has expanded greatly over the last twelve months, and they now need a
Finance and Administration Assistant to join their busy team.


Providing key support to the Finance and Administration Manager, the role can be considered on either a full or part time basis, but cover is required Monday - Friday each week (Friday working from home).


Key duties will include:


  • General bookkeeping and finance administration
  • Updating of ledgers
  • Assisting with Month End procedures
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Reconciling bank statement
  • Credit control
  • General business administration support
  • Maintaining stationary and general sundry items
  • Developing strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers
  • Assisting with production of monthly management accounts and sales analysis reports

Key skills and experience required:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using accountancy software would be beneficial
  • Experience using SAP would be a strong advantage
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 'Can do' approach to work.

  • Strong team player

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch) if full time. School hours also considered.

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
