Role:
Salesforce Consultant - Service Cloud SME


Rate:
Up to £700 p/d OUTSIDE IR35


Location:
Remote - Adhoc travel to Berkshire


Duration: 12 months


We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with strong experience of Service Cloud to join a global automotive company that are undergoing a transformation across all areas of their IT landscape.

You will be central to this transformation as an SME by utilising your experience of Service Cloud, running workshops, salesforce admin, development, design & best practises.


Experience:


  • A Salesforce Declarative Development & Support escalation point (Service Cloud,), able to help assess its current digital technology maturity, identify gaps and shape a comprehensive, endtoend digital blueprint and technology roadmap
  • At minimum Salesforce certification of Administration, Advanced Administration, App Builder, Consultant (Service cloud) and Platform Developer, with Service Cloud consultant
  • Experienced in supporting business development declarative activities, including designing and topdown and bottomup estimating Salesforce solutions based on mínimal requirements provided by our inhouse team of Business Analysts
  • Experienced in the systems delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing (all phases), migration and deployment
  • Understand ITSM to ensure the solutions provided adhere to best practice
  • Proven experience in providing knowledge Transfer on complex, digital and frontoffice transformation initiatives.
  • Salesforce Flow experience
  • Salesforce data modelling, integration patterns and salesforce architecture best practices
  • Salesforce offerings, including licensing options
  • Deployment management and software delivery lifecycle

Responsibilities:


  • Technical design and delivery of complex BCRs and projects
  • High Level and Details sizing Capability
  • Collaborative working across teams to design, build and support solutions on and surrounding the Salesforce platform.
  • Facilitate release management activities across teams, ensuring controlled and timely deployments within a continuous integration environment. Ensure that all changes are documented, reviewed, tested and approved before release.
  • Prototyping
  • Handson resolution of P1 tickets or other complex issues where senior help is required
  • Coaching junior resources to enable support teams to rotate into the declarative team activities
  • Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring governance
