Description

Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you will make, fill and adjust batches, and undertake all supporting tasks within a coatings manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities

Attain cell specific production schedule by manufacturing and filling production batches.
Set machinery and carry out quality checks.
Maintain and improve 5S standards and housekeeping.
Participate in lean initiatives in all areas of the business.
Train new Operators within the department.

Qualifications

Basic PC Skills
Good Communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to contribute in all aspects of problem solving.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
