The role:


Are you a Commercial Associate 2-5 years PQE looking for a high level of responsibility and autonomy? This boutique Commercial practice is offering someone the chance to forge a name for themselves with the full backing and support of experienced lawyers.


This firm is looking to appoint an Associate who will undertake a wide range of commercial contract work including contracts for goods and services, manufacturing, distribution, franchising and agency arrangements as well as less conventional agreements.

You will also have the opportunity to get involved with IP, technology, data protection, and public procurement work.

This role would suit a technically strong lawyer who is seeking responsibility for a challenging but exciting workload.

You should be robust in character and someone who wants to deal with stakeholders directly whilst having the resilience to be challenged on the commerciality of legal advice.
