Production Supervisor (Nights)
Our client, a leading company established 20 years ago in the local area, are in search of an experienced
Production Supervisor to lead their Night

Shift Team.

Hours of Work: 11:00pm-7:00am

You, the
Production Supervisor will lead and supervise a team of production operatives, train new and existing staff and ensure that all employees work and abide to company values.

You will record and monitor H&S performances and proactively work to identify and eliminate hazards and as when they occur.

You will ensure regular team communications, complete staff rotas, complete Annual Performance Reviews and show a positive attitude to uplift staff morale.

You will work towards company KPI and Targets and ensure that the Company is audit ready at all times.

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the food sector with Health & Safety knowledge, KPI reporting and people management.

You will have confidence in working under pressure, with the ability to lead a team and delicate workloads. You will have a positive attitude with a hunger for growth individually and for the company as a whole.
