• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans

Skills:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in home care or similar healthcare settings preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, both with patients and healthcare professionals
• Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
• Familiarity with homecare regulations and procedures
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing patient needs
