Self employed position

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations
Load and unload packages and products from the van
Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher or supervisor
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and provide excellent customer service
Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate delivery records
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
Ability to drive and operate a delivery van in a safe and responsible manner
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and loading/unloading packages
Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and best practices
