JOB DESCRIPTION
Background:
Agilio Software Group is the UK's largest provider of back office, compliance, and workforce solutions in primary care and dental.
We use over 20 years of experience to provide specialist products to assist those conducting the decontamination of medical devices and infection control management within a hospital environment.
We ensure that the decontamination processes within Endoscopy and Sterile Service, and Engineering departments are carried out smoothly and effectively.
Job purpose:
- Working with and supporting the Stores Manager and other team members so that all tasks are completed in a timely manner, throughout the day.
You will be responsible for:
- The labelling of sample bottles, contact and settle plates
- Printing of DPD labels
- Printing and checking of manifests (before dispatch)
- Unpack orange boxes and receive samples onto AIS LIMS
- Ensuring ice packs are readily available for Orange Box's
- Mixing, packing and dispatch of test soils
- Printing of test soil paperwork
- Ensure relevant spreadsheets are kept up to date
- Tracking of Orange Boxes in and out of Stores
- Packing Orange Box's (after initial check against manifest)
- The maintenance of a clean and tidy workplace
- Packing/ Dispatch Benches
- Removal of cardboard/ rubbish from stores area
- Sweeping & Mopping
- Booking in received stock items
- Stock Takes/ Rotation of stock
- Making up of PPE Kits
- Orange Box suitability checks
- Cleaning/ wiping down of Orange Boxes

- Previous experience working within a stores/ dispatch related role
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Confident working with a variety IT Systems for example Microsoft Office
Additional Information
This is a full-time role based Sheffield
Job type:
Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours), some out of hour's work may be required from time to time.

£19,000 per annum and generous benefits
