As an Implementations Team Lead at Recollective, you will perform the duties and carry out all the work and leadership responsibilities of a Team Lead, in addition to the responsibilities of an Implementation Consultant.


Responsibilities
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the primary liaison between Recollective and our customers. You'll be responsible for project managing the implementation and support of customer research projects on the Recollective platform.

These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the implementation of technical services to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard and customized to meet each customer's unique needs by acting as a Recollective expert, consulting on and programming customers' research guides within the Recollective Platform.
  • Reviewing project setup with the utmost attention to detail to ensure flawless execution.
  • Conducting prelaunch reviews of customer sites and liaising with customers to make recommendations to improve their experience and results.
  • Documenting customer experiences and formal feedback.
In addition to your responsibilities as an Implementation Consultant, you will also be responsible for the following Team Lead accountabilities:

  • Lead by example to promote and champion Recollective's core values
  • Manage the day to day activities of a small team of Implementation Consultants while collaborating with other Team Lead(s) and Director(s)
  • Oversee management and assignment of projects across team members
  • Directly manage all Post Launch Support projects
  • Ensure the desired utilization rate of team members is maintained at an optimum level, collaborating with the Director(s) when additional resources are required
  • Monitor the team, to ensure the appropriate resources are in place to deliver high quality work and implementation on time and on budget by ensuring that team members have indepth knowledge of all product areas through training both onthejob and through external resources
  • Be an advocate for Services within the EU region. Works closely with Sales and Account Management to support presales efforts.
  • Partner with Research Services to ensure a collaborative approach to delivering successful results to our customers.
  • Collaborate with the larger organization, collecting critical contextual details from sales teams at the initiation of projects to better inform execution, and relaying feedback and customer experience learning to support and product teams at project conclusion
  • Define, refine, and report on key operational metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and communicate these to the Director(s)
  • Assist the Director in developing and implementing internal process changes & initiatives. Responsible for implementing process changes that have been defined within their teams.
  • Build and foster a team environment
  • Coach & mentor more junior team members by reviewing their work, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring they have the support, resources and tools to be successful
  • Provide an environment where cooperation and teamwork will contribute to success
  • Actively work to engage and retain team members by facilitating meaningful discussions about performance, aspirations, satisfaction
  • Work with team members to plan, schedule and take regular vacation
  • When required, collaborate with the Director to create and manage development plans for team members who need additional support
  • Assist with interviewing new hires. Train team members on the areas that are critical to their role, lead the onboarding of new hires into the Implementations team
  • Conduct performance reviews of team members, in collaboration with the Director
