People Services Advisor (12 month FTC):

    About the Role:
You'll proactively build positive and engaging relationships with all key stakeholders. You'll also work in partnership with recruiters and operational areas to ensure a seamless onboarding process.


Using your excellent attention to detail you'll make sure offer letters, contracts, references, DBS, Right to Work and Visa documentation are processed and completed, in accordance with company policy.

You'll also update and manage data within our query management solution (Service Now).


This role offers an excellent opportunity to get a deeper understanding of the wide range of onboarding processes and to work with colleagues on a global basis.

The role is a 12 month fixed term contract, based in our Head office in Warwick. You'll typically work from the office 1 day a week, with the remainder from home.


About You:


  • Experience of working within a HR Shared Service function and generic experience of delivering a query management service aligned to legislative HR processes.
  • Experience of conducting background screening processes and right to work.
  • Strong experience of query management of payroll and benefits related processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Success Factors experience would be beneficial
  • Experience of delivering payroll and benefits knowledge training to team members
  • Strong customer service, administration and written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous

Salary of c£33,000, dependant on experience

Further Information:

This is a 12 month fixed term contract on a full time basis. You'll be required in the office at Warwick c1 day per week, and the rest can be home working.

Interviews will be held in August 2023, for a late September start.
